Real Estate Licensing

If you have never been licensed in Missouri and are just starting out, you will begin by taking the 48 Hour Missouri Pre-License Course and the 24 Hour Missouri Practice Course. You will then contact the Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) to take the Exam and apply for a license. To read the MREC's Examination and Licensure Eligibility Requirements, click here.
